Festival preamble No 2

9 days to go and still not panicking. Had a lovely morning with 5 lovely church gal pals. We were painting banners, untwiddling bunting, and sorting out teddy bears, it was fun. Sometimes the church fairs and festivals can get very stressful, tiring and demanding but today I was reminded that working well together is very rewarding and a real blessing.

Hmmmm... sounds like you had a better day than me
Mine started well if a little slower than anticipated but by teatime things went a little pearshaped! 
That said, I remained remarkably unstressed and generally cheerful despite my best laid plans falling victim to some great cosmic conspiracy
May elaborate tomorrow but right now I have a glass of wine to finish and an apointment with my duvet
