Thought I'd come back and add a progress report and some thoughts - I think we're nearly there... there are a couple of pages that still need adding and some tweaks to do but I think we're making pretty good progress with things.

For the last few days I've been adding a few things to the forum, rewriting a few pages here and there and working out new structures for a few things. Paul has been looking at some of the extra tweaks we can make to ensure the smooth running of things.

I'm really getting quite excited by it all now and can't wait till we can swap the new site for the old one. I'm also a little nervous incase people don't like the changes we've made, or that others won't share our vision for the site but I'm sure that's mostly just personal paranoia!

I'm really hoping that people will be able to find their way round this site as easily as the old one but am sure there may be a few teething problems - we really would appreciate your feedback - if there's something you like I'm sure you'll tell us but we'd also love to hear from you if there's something that you don't.

Sometimes I worry that churches come with a "that's nice dear" attitude, that people are afraid to offend by saying they don't like something - I'm not sure that's healthy, I personally would much rather know if something is not quite right so I can either explain the reasoning behind it or work out how to improve it.

Anyway - I shall get back to work for the moment...
