Bell Ringers

The Bellringers aim to ring on Sunday from 9am till 9.30am and practice in the tower on Mondays 8pm till 9.30pm. However, visiting bellringers please call the Captain, Mike Palmer on 01895-253795 or e-mail Mike if you wish to visit because ringng is sometimes cancelled when insufficient bellringers are available. We rely on help from other towers for all ringing now.

Usually on Sundays, some of us go on to ring at St Andrew's Uxbridge after ringing at Hillingdon to help them as the combined Uxbridge band (St Margaret's and St Andrew's) are short of bellringers too as are most towers in West Middlesex.

Ringing is sometimes arranged on other occasions e.g. for weddings, parish festivities etc but also to help people gain experience.

If anyone would like to visit the tower with a view to start learning to ring, please call me, Mike Palmer as above. I am available to show around and demonstrate, by arrangement, at almost anytime..... unless I'm out bellringing somewhere.
