The new main noticeboard, designed by the Church Council, was put up last Monday then stolen on Friday night.

The new design was the fruit of in depth discussion by council member and produced by Billy Long, the drummer at the Tuesday jazz session. Then, after Alan Reed's hard work putting the board in place, facing the Uxbridge Road, the board was broken off its posts late Friday night and has not been seen since.

A replacement sign will be ordered as soon as possible. In the meantime, if you see it lying in a hedge or a ditch, please let us know.
