The parish registers for St Johns start in 1559.

The registers for Baptisms 1559 - 1909, Banns 17-54 - 1866, Marriages 1559 - 1910 and Burials 1559 - 1948 (churchyard) and 1857 - 1903 (cemetery) are kept at the London Metropolitan Archives (LMA) where both the originals and microfilmed copies can be viewed.

There is a Local Studies Room at Uxbridge Library which also holds some records regarding St Johns.

Transcribed copies of the above parish registers, plus original registers after these dates, are kept at St Johns.
