A Meditation hour is held every Thursday in St John’s Church.

Breathing and relaxation, prayer using different postures

An opportunity to engage with images and ideas in a new way

Withdraw from the world for a while, so that you can re-engage with it afterwards renewed, refreshed and ready for action!

Refreshments will be around 12.45 - bring a sandwich if you would like to!

Space, silence, music, and yes, a cup of tea at the end.

For people of faith and people of no faith, and those of us who feel we belong in both categories lots of the time.

No special abilities or physical agility needed: you are free to opt in or out of any suggested activity at any time.

Please arrive at 12 ready to start at 12.05!
